Lend A Hand Up is a nonprofit program dedicated to helping neighbors in need by turning community support into real impact. Founded in 2008 as part of the Dakota Medical Foundation, it provides a free crowdfunding platform for families facing health challenges or unexpected hardships.

By adding a 20% boost to eligible donations and offering hands-on support, tools, and guidance, Lend A Hand Up helps communities rally together and make every gift go further.
