Who Are We

At the Children's Therapy Center, we often see families at their worst; when they have just learned that their child has a life-altering or life-threatening condition. Although some often focus on the child's expected limitations, we focus on what the child can do and encourage parents to see that with appropriate therapy and consistent effort, there is hope for a brighter future! We've been providing this life-changing physical, occupational, speech and feeding therapy to kids with disabilities and delays throughout eastern Iowa and western Illinois since 1949 -- regardless of a family's ability to pay for needed services. With over two hundred kids on our waiting list, our services are needed now more than ever! Currently, 75% of the services provided are not reimbursed, so fundraising is really important!
