About Katrina Worsham

Katrina Diana Worsham is an accomplished entrepreneur, insurance executive, philanthropist, author, radio talk show host, and community leader with more than 30 years of experience in financial services. A graduate of Arkansas State University, she began her career with State Farm Insurance in 1995 and later became a licensed State Farm Agent, building one of the region’s most respected agencies while serving thousands of clients across Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas.

In addition to her business success, Katrina proudly served 21 years in the United States Army Reserve, retiring after a distinguished military career that included serving as one of Louisiana’s few female Drill Instructors and an Equal Opportunity Sergeant.

A visionary entrepreneur, Katrina has built multiple businesses dedicated to serving her community. In 2004, she founded Kat Len Realty LLC, providing affordable office space to help small businesses launch and grow while also offering quality, affordable housing opportunities for single-parent families. In January 2023, she expanded her entrepreneurial legacy by founding Suiwer Hauling LLC, a trucking company established in honor of the meaning of her name, Katrina—“Pure Hearted.” The company represents her commitment to building a lasting family legacy rooted in integrity, hard work, and generational wealth.

Driven by a passion for empowering others, Katrina founded Make Me Mold Me Empowerment, Inc. in 2010, a nonprofit organization dedicated to leadership development, financial literacy, self-improvement, and community outreach. Since October 2015, she has also served as the host of the Make Me Mold Me Empowerment Radio Talk Show, using the airwaves to inform, encourage, and support community leaders and citizens through meaningful conversations on leadership, personal growth, faith, financial empowerment, and community development.
