• Proper supervision on every job, start to finish, by the foreman and lead man. Additionally, the quality-control supervisor will check on every job during installation multiple times. All foremen have been with company in excess of 10 years, many of our crew have been here over 15 years, including some as with as many as 20+ years.  
• Only company trucks with company signs are allowed on jobs. No personal vehicles under any conditions.  
• At the time of installation, the customer is notified days in advance for convenient installation date. On the day of the job, the foreman knocks on the door and introduces himself as foreman, presenting a business card and asks the customer of any special concerns. Again, foreman will speak with the customer upon job completion and check to be sure there are no questions or items of needed attention prior to crew departure.
• After completion, office will contact the customer for a convenient day for the quality-control supervisor to meet with the customer for final inspection and warranty package delivery.   
• We have been a member of the BBB for over 20 years.
