Jorge's Cantina

We’re glad to have you at Jorge’s Cantina, a new dining experience in Waco featuring authentic dishes from the interior of Mexico, coastal delicacies and Tex-Mex classics.

Jorge’s is the latest creation from the folks behind George’s Restaurant and George’s II, feeding Waco and fostering good times for decades. You’ll see connections in many ways from the name (Jorge’s is George’s in Spanish), to the menu with George’s favorites like Chicken Fried Steak (with a Jorge’s twist) and our famous Big O’s, and most importantly our common commitment to quality food, excellent value and amazing service.

We carefully considered each recipe and menu item and will be pressing our own flour and corn tortillas to contribute to the authentic taste we’re going for. Our menu offers something for everyone, including familiar favorites such as quesadillas and nachos, plus dishes we’ve taken a Texas twist on, such as our brisket mole tacos.  

The feel of our cantina is as important to us as the quality of the fare. You’ll find an elevated atmosphere, beautiful in design but comfortable and relaxing for everyone. Grab a table to celebrate a family birthday or meet coworkers on the patio for an after-work drink.
